First of all, welcome to the Community. Hope you enjoy your stay. Let me give you a tour you around.
Jamming announcements within Metro Manila are usually announced every Monday or Tuesday or the week before. But our usual jam is in Circle QC since it offers one of the most complete grounds for CS and Jam spots (you'll learn the language soon enough). FreeRunning training is in Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) in Vito Cruz corner Taft Avenue.
Outside Metro Manila Jam are announced here.
Before heading to one of our Jam session, make sure you are familiar with Parkour (PK) and FR (FreeRunning) knowledge. You can find them in our Inspirational Section or you can search for yourself in the net. If you find good and inspirational quotes or write-ups and you think it'll benefit all of our fellow Traceurs and FreeRunners, you can post it in that thread.
Make sure you post your own Training Journal under Health and Wellness so we can guide you on how to stay fit. It also helps you to commit to your goals since whatever you write there, you will be accountable to us.
If you need some exercise advices, ask away in our Body Development Thread. As a beginner, make sure you start doing Conditioning Session (CS) at home. You can use our personal Iron Man training as a guide.
And if you're injured and don't know how to treat yourself, consult in our Injury Thread. Watch inspiring and useful PK and FR videos under our Video Library.
Remember, this Community can help your pilgrimage towards good and healthy Parkour and FreeRunning life. You can also share your own personal experiences with your fellow Traceurs and Runners.
If you have any comments or suggestions, you can either PM me, the Admin or designated Global Moderators or post them under our Support Center.
Oh and please don't forget to introduce yourself in the Beginner's Hub.
Again, enjoy your stay and welcome.
-Raven

Maari niyo ba akong turuan?
Lalo na sa mga magagaling diyan. Please turuan niyo po ako.
Gusto kong matutong tumambling. Medyo marunong po ako, pero backflip lang. Nabagok na kasi ulo ko dati pero wala akong pakialam dahil gusto kong maging malupit!
PWEDE MO BA AKONG TURUAN MAGING MALUPIT SA YAMAKASI?

@D3m0nz.01: I really hope you're joking! If you're really a fan of Yamakasi, I'm really sure you haven't watch their video when they say that "It doesn't matter what you call it, whether Parkour, FreeRunning or Yamakasi, as long as you practice the same discipline."
Also, Traceur means bullet in French. They were one of the 1st teams that practice Parkour.
You won't progress without learning the roots.
