Invited to do a mini-parkour workshop in De La Salle University (Manila), the Philippine FreeRunners (PHFR) became the resource speakers in their enrichment alternative program. Basically, talks, did demos, and teach Parkour to the attendees. They get to jump, roll, and know the philosophies behind this discipline of movement.
